Property
On December 1, 1992 Dunmire Property Management Inc. purchased the assets and residential management contracts of Bruhn Investment Company. Bruhn was a well established business with an excellent reputation.
Crystal Dunmire, who was the General Property Manager, purchased the company when there were five properties remaining in a portfolio that once totaled over forty. Since the purchase, three of the original clients are still part of the Dunmire portfolio.
Our
current portfolio consists of multi-family and commercial properties;
multi-family properties range in size from 16-280 units. All properties are "Fee Managed". Crystal Dunmire acts as President and Broker, and our team consists of over 90 employees. We currently manage 35 different properties.
