Company History

On December 1, 1992, Dunmire Property Management, Inc. purchased the assets and residential management contracts of Bruhn Investment Company. Bruhn was a well-established business with an excellent reputation.

Crystal Dunmire, who was the General Property Manager, purchased the company when there were five properties consisting of 300 units remaining in a portfolio that once consisted of over 3,000 units in the Colorado Springs area.

Our team has managed up to 42 properties at any given time ranging from 17 units up to 420 units and 500,000 square feet of office/medical and retail space.

Our current portfolio consists of multi-family and commercial properties in Colorado Springs. All of the properties are "fee managed".

Our forte had become managing "C" class properties that have been plagued with deferred maintenance and not been managed properly. It has been our biggest challenge offset by the highest rewards.
