  • Decisions are made at Dunmire Property Management Inc. corporate office where we are disengaged from the applicant and we can remain objective.  This, along with the criteria listed below, are what we base our decisions on and this ensures our decisions are made fairly, without discrimination


          Occupancy Criteria
          (the term people refers to individuals, whether adults
          or children, living in the Apartment.) 

  • EFFICIENCY APARTMENT =TWO PEOPLE MAX

  • ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT = THREE PEOPLE MAX

  • TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT = FIVE PEOPLE MAX
  • THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT = SIX PEOPLE MAX 


          APPLICANTS

  • You must provide two verifiable forms of identification - preferably with picture
      
  • You must have a valid social security number, visa permit, or green card in order      for us to process your application

  • There is a $25.00 application processing fee

  • Applicants must be 18 years of age to apply, qualify, and sign the lease


    CREDIT

  • Credit report inquiries are done through Experian Credit Agency

  • Applicants with questions regarding credit issues are referred to Experian Credit Agency at 888-397-3742.


    CRIMINAL RECORD

  • Any criminal activity is cause for denial, depending on the severity

  • If applicant can provide documentation of charges being reduced or dismissed, applicant will be re-evaluated.

  • The Colorado Bureau of Investigation can answer questions regarding criminal  reports by calling: 303-329-4300.
